Troy Gaston began his legal career in 1999 with Husch Blackwell, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri, where he gained valuable experience as an intern and associate attorney representing Fortune 500 companies in federal employment discrimination and product liability litigation.

In 2002, Mr. Gaston joined the Walters Law Firm in Greenwood and applied his skills to representing individuals. In Arkansas and Oklahoma, Mr. Gaston has worked on matters including brain injuries, complex business torts, tractor-trailer accidents, oil and gas disputes, and wrongful death claims. Multiple cases have resulted in settlement or judgment over $1 million.

Mr. Gaston has been particularly successful in litigating real estate condemnation matters. This success includes matters in which the condemning authority has paid the client more than 10 times the amount tendered prior to representation and also has reimbursed the client’s attorney fees and costs. Mr. Gaston was promoted to the position of Managing Partner with the firm in 2008. He prides himself on working closely with clients to prepare the best possible trial presentation and effectively research all potential legal issues prior to trial.
